Pennsylvania State Parent Conference
The Pennsylvania Department of Education’s Annual Parent Conference is designed for parents of school-aged children and administrators/staff who work with parents in education programs. The conference includes keynote speakers, more than 40 individual workshops, award winning childcare, and networking opportunities. Act 48 hours are available for educators and administrators attending the conference.

- Working with principals and classroom teachers
- Leadership training
- Awareness of community resources/grants
- School Improvement requirements
- Effective Practices/parent outreach programs
Each spring, schools that receive Title I funds get information and applications about the conference.
